Greater Boston Coach agrees to provide the services detailed above. Pricing cannot be guaranteed on any changes to the final itinerary. Greater Boston Coach is not responsible for cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances; e.g.: inclement weather. No glass containers allowed in any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Greater Boston Coach can not be responsible for articles left in our vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Cancellation/Change Policy: Cancellations made less than 2 hours for fixed price jobs prior to pick up time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours for As Directed jobs prior to pick up time are subject to a 4 hours of quoted hourly rate cancellation fee. Your credit card will be charged the full flat rate if you "no show" for your reservation. Wait time at $1/minute or the hourly rate of the vehicle if we are waiting more than allowed time. We have a 15-minute grace period for all pick-ups going to the airport. 30 minutes after the plane lands for domestic arrivals. For Domestic or International arrivals, we have an hour grace period after the flight arrives at the gate. If the passenger misses their flight, and the driver is on route, they will be charged the full amount. Greater Boston Coach is not liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, or delayed or any incident which results in failure to comply with the cancellation policy. **Reservations made the same day then cancelled, for any reason, will be charged in full. **Fuel surcharge as of March 2022 added to all reservations new or old. Any reservations made the same day then cancelled, for any reason, will be charged in full. **Animal policy, pets must be in crates or on blankets brought by the customer. If we are left with a dirty vehicle and must clean before the next pickup cleaning fees start at $100 and go up to $250 if we need to take the vehicle out of service. Extra Stops/Wait Time: All extra stops are billed at a minimum of $25 and accordingly either at $1/minute off route or the hourly rate of the vehicle. Early morning/Late pick-ups: All pick-ups prior to 5:00am and after midnight are subject to a $25 fee that goes directly to the chauffeur in addition to the recommended gratuity. Holiday Fee: All pick-ups on a listed holiday below are subject to a $25 fee that goes directly to the chauffeur as an incentive for working on the holiday. Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 3:00pm, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve after 3:00pm & New Year's Day.
